ALL CRAZE MARKETS ~ BRAVO NETWORK CASTING SEASON 2 OF "BELOW DECK"
Posted by Craze Agency on Tuesday, September 3, 2013
The casting producer for
the hit Bravo 1-hour unscripted reality series "Below Deck" is
seeking seeking Superyacht Captains, Mates, Chefs, Chief Stews, Stews,
Engineers and Deck Hands to appear on the show's second season. "Below
Deck" chronicles the crew members who work and reside aboard the
164-feet-long mega-yacht, "Honor". It shows the single sexy crew as
they deal with their personal issues in order to make their professional
careers work. Like Upstairs/Downstairs set on floating estates traveling
between some of the world’s most beautiful ports-of-call, the series follows
the "yachties" as they tend to the demands of uber-wealthy boat
owners and their guests. The series first season averaged 1.4 million total
viewers, prompting Bravo to renew "Below Deck" for a second season.
For the first season, producers of "Below Deck" booked a five-week Caribbean charter on the Cuor di Leone. The yacht was renamed "Honor" for the series, and is captained by Lee Rosbach. The original crew used for the vessel were given the time off, to be replaced by the cast of the series for the duration of filming. Rosbach, his first officer and engineer stayed on board the vessel to ensure everything went as planned. Chief Stew Adrienne Gang, Chef Ben Robinson and Stew Kat Held have worked on yachts prior to the series. The show was shot over a six week period in September and October of 2011.
