ComedySportz Boise is holding open auditions on Thursday, June 21st at 6:30pm at The Boise First Church of the Nazarene Community Center, 3852 N Eagle Rd., Boise, ID 83713.
ComedySportz is fast-paced, family-friendly improvisational comedy, played as a sport. Two teams take turns making up scenes, playing games and singing songs – and the audience votes on which team they like the best. It's all presided over by a referee, who keeps things moving, calls the ComedySportz fouls and takes suggestions shouted out by the audience before each game.
There are ComedySportz teams in over 20 cities in the U.S., and two in Europe. Randy Reese, founder of ComedySportz of Buffalo and 20 year improv veteran, is heading up the new ComedySportz Boise team.

For the audition, you do NOT need to bring:
-- A resume
-- A Headshot
-- Experience
Frankly, we don't care about any of that. What you DO need is:
-- The ability to work together with a team
-- Tuesday night availability (Yes, the audition is on a Thursday, but
those that make the group will need to be available every Tuesday)
-- A willingness to learn, and the ability to apply what you learn.
The audition starts at 6:30 sharp and will run until 9:00. Callbacks will be the following Tuesday.
