Good afternoon

We are currently seeking highly driven, professional PT Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming 12 week project for Direct TV- this position will start on March 27th. In this role, you will work with minimal supervision and will be responsible for performing on-going retail sales, training, merchandising and product awareness services in order to influence consumers and maximize sales. 

The ideal candidate is very enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, marketing experience, great customer service, a professional demeanor and an ability to learn a variety of techniques to capture mindshare and engage retail and end user customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for driving and closing sales while demonstrating sales leadership by achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Proactively engage customers, demonstrate DirecTV’s digital services and products
  • Promote DirecTV in a positive manner and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain strong knowledge of current DirecTV solutions technologies as well as new products and services available
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and solutions partners.
  • Thrive in dynamic environment by training and transferring DirecTV knowledge and sales skills to electronics department personnel
  • Responsible for daily reporting of sales activities and program metrics
  • Meet professional conduct, dress and punctuality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the 12 week program
  • Flexible schedule required
  • High school diploma or GED, Some college education preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates with satellite/cable retail industry experience
  • Digital Solutions (Cable, Satellite, Home Internet) Sales Experience preferred
  • Marketing, Customer Service, Training and Coaching Experience
  • Proven history of marketing, closing sales, exceeding quotas and delivering ultimate customer experience
  • Strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Mileage reimbursement where applicable (according to company policy)

RATES: $10 per hour plus bonus
