The SAG Short Film contract allows the Producers to defer payment on the project
(100.00) and still utilize SAG actors. The primary focus of the film is
exhibition at Film Festivals as well as being
utilized as an educational/team building tool. Since there is no intention of
marketing the film commercially, the Producers don't anticipate making money on
the project, however, if money is made, the SAG Short Film Contract will protect
the SAG actors and ensure they get paid. There will be no cash outlay nor will
we be making payments to actors in several weeks/months/etc. as part of the
deferred agreement. |
