We are casting for an instructional video to help patrons of the Family History Library get to know the Library and its resources.

WE NEED=Female Host; 40’s; dark hair; generic ethnic look preferred; teleprompter experience preferred

WHEN

Auditions will be held this Friday, September 23^rd from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the LDS Motion Picture Studio in Provo (300 West 2230 North-directions below).

The shoot is currently scheduled for October 10^th and 11^th.

RATE

The position is paid, but I have yet to confirm the rate with the producer.  I will send a follow up email with the rate.

To SUBMIT TALENT

1)      Click here and sign them up for an audition time slot. 

·         We will be closing this form at 8:00 on Friday morning.  No changes can be made after that. 

·         Please do not sign up a talent for a slot that is already filled. 

·         DO NOT ADD TIME SLOTS, PLEASE.

2)      Give the attached side to your scheduled talent.  

·         They do not need to be memorized.

·         They should be VERY familiar with the side so as to give an engaging performance

All talent submitted must be temple worthy members of the LDS Church and legal to work in the United States.

Please REPORT to the LDS Motion Picture Studio located at 2230 North 300 West, Provo.

Directions from North of Provo:

  - From I-15, Take Exit #269 - Exit Eastbound and continue on 1300 South in Orem for about 3.3 miles.

  - Turn LEFT (East) at the light marked 2230 North: You will need to be in the left-hand turn-lane at the light.  (LANDMARK: An Olive Garden is on this corner to your left.)

  - The drive into the LDS MPS is on the LEFT immediately following the drive that goes into Taco Time.  Look for a dark gray sign, low to the ground: “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Motion Picture Studio.”  (If you cross the bridge, you’ve gone too far.)  Continue down the lane toward the Studio where you will check-in at the Guard Booth and park in the West Lot.

Directions from South of Provo:

  - From I-15, Take Exit #266 "US-189 N/UNIVERSITY AVE/1860 SOUTH" exit

  - Continue straight to follow S. UNIVERSITY AVE/US-189 N (Northbound)

  - Turn LEFT on 2230 North.

  - The drive into the LDS MPS is on the RIGHT immediately following the Provo River bridge. 

Look for a dark gray sign, low to the ground: “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Motion Picture Studio.”  (If you reach the Taco Time drive entrance, you’ve gone too far.)  Continue down the lane toward the Studio where you will check-in at the Guard Booth and park in the West Lot.
