"What Not to Wear" Holiday Mall Program

Program Description:

General Growth Property Malls would like to reward their shoppers for spending in a GGP facility. The Concept: To bring about this “reward” program.

Malls (nationwide) will have Greeters and Brand Ambassadors stationed at locations within the mall. Consumers will bring their receipts to the staff, and for each “X” amount they spend, they will be rewarded with a GGP gift card to be used at the mall.

POSITIONS AND DUTIES:

Support BA Duties: are mainly to assist the Lead BA with managing Gift Card redemption and tracking.

Greeter Responsibilities: Primary function is to stand at mall entrances and hand out in-mall offer sheets. Secondary Function is to Greet all Mall Consumers, and relay in-mall offer information to them, to drive sales and Gift-With-Purchase Offer redemption.

Overbook Duties: show up at the regularly scheduled call to work time, and be prepared to work the entire event. If all regularly scheduled models show up on time, you get to go home (typically about 20 minutes after call time), and you are paid for 2 hours of your time. Logically, if someone does not show up to work, you would assume that person's responsibilities and work the full shift for the day- at the previously agreed pay rate. Note: If one of the previously booked full shift reps cancels, the OB will automatically be bumped up into the open full shift slot.

Attire:

NICE Jeans (NO holes, rips or fraying) with clean, closed-toed shoes. A shirt (size small or medium only) and hat will be provided on-site. All staffers must be clean-cut, NO visible tattoos, NO visible piercings other than ears.

MUST MUST MUST fit into a size Small (or XS) or Medium tee.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  ALL staffers MUST sign a waiver regarding their accountability and responsibility for the prizes/gift cards.

Pay Rate: $14/Hr

Greeter on 11/28 (7:30AM-1:30PM)

Overbook on 11/27 (5:30AM-7:30AM- full shift goes till 1:30,) 11/28 (7:30AM-9:30AM- full shift goes till 1:30)
