We have another Unilever AXE event coming up in a few weeks that we need your help on.  Below are the event details.  Please review and let me know if you have any questions.

DEMO PROGRAM EVENT DETAILS

Program Name: Walmart Week 27 – Unilever AXE

Requirements: 

·         Individual to play the role of the Axe Angel who promotes Axe products.

·         DEMOGRAPHICS OF AN “AXE ANGEL”:  Women age 18-28 with an attractive, engaging, and outgoing personality (to perform the role of an Axe Angel to sell the Axe Angel product to the target shopper, i.e., males age 18 to 28).

·         Promotional background particularly with AXE products would be helpful, proven positive sales skills.

·         Ability to seek out our target shopper as she is roaming through the store.

·         Engage AXE shoppers in a fun, playful, flirtatious interaction that educates and encourages shoppers to purchase AXE products that day

·         Enthusiastic

·         Energetic

·         Eager to sell

Dates:  

·         8/4/2011 to 8/7/2011

·         Please see below store list – each store must run on the date assigned to it.

        NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED

Times:  

·         Thursday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

·         Sunday: 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM

·         6 ½ hour demo

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Rate: 

·         $18/hr (6 hours)

·         Talent must take a 30 min. unpaid break

Event Details:

·         Talent must educate customers on the features and benefits of the products

·         Event Manual with product details and event instructions are included in event kit located at the Walmart store

·         Event manuals will be provided to you in advance of the event

Uniform: 

·         Uniform will be provided on site – Black Baby-doll Tee & Demonstrator Bag

·         Wear plain black or white shirt in case kit uniform is not included

·         Black pants

·         Close toed black shoes with a back and non skid sole.  High heels not permitted

·         Professional and presentable appearance

Training:

·         Talent will need to review the event manual

·         Talent will need to be well versed in the selling points and product

Event Kits:

·         Event kits will be found in store  

Demonstrator Instructions:

·         Talent must locate one of the “Bright Ideas” team members working in the store for assistance in locating carts, kits, and other event related issues.

Product Purchases:

·         Rep will need to purchase product outlined in the event manual.

·         Debit cards will be provided in the event kit.
