APPLICATON PERIOD IS NOW OPEN

Once again, the Idaho Film Office - part of Idaho Commerce's Tourism Division - has opened its media workforce development grant application period. You may apply between now and June 30, 2013. 

The program remains unchanged from previous years with the exception that it is a totally online application this year. Six grants of up to $5,000 each will be chosen by a panel of independent judges based on the top six average scores.

When you have gathered your supporting documents together you can return to the above page and click on the link: "Register to Apply for a 2013-2014 Media Production Grant."

Applicants must be Idaho residents, must demonstrate matching funds and must plan to train others in the course of the project. Be sure to upload all documents required by the Guidelines. Applications missing a budget, treatment/synopsis, or any other necessary documents will immediately be withdrawn from the competition. 

Deadline: June 30, 2013; The judging period will commence in early July and continue for at least two weeks. Winners should be announced about the third week of July with contracts to follow shortly thereafter.
