Dancers: Classical, contemporary and jazz – Open Auditions in Las Vegas, 2014

Cirque du Soleil is seeking professional dancers for its current shows and upcoming creations.
 
The Casting team will be hosting auditions in Las Vegas, NV, USA on February 25, 2014 in the following categories:
  • Classical
  • Contemporary
  • Jazz
The audition will take place at:

All candidates must arrive at 8:00 a.m. to register (candidates that arrive after 9 a.m. will not be admitted). Auditions will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end around 4:00 p.m. We recommend you bring your own drinks and lunch to the audition.

Callback session for all dancers is on February 26, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of the audition.
Important information to attend the audition:
  • In addition to being taught a series of challenging combinations, dancers should be prepared to perform their own 2-minute piece. Please bring music and appropriate dance attire.
  • Click here to download the Audition Registration Form. We ask you to complete the top part, to carefully read the second and third parts and to sign it.  It is essential that you bring a printed and signed copy to the audition.
  • Candidates must also bring a photo and a resume;
  • Please note that Cirque du Soleil will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates participating in these auditions;
  • This is a general audition for our current and upcoming shows. Candidates who successfully pass the audition will be entered in our database of potential artists for our next artist searches; no contracts are offered at auditions.

General Terms and Conditions of applying online:
  1. The profile information of candidates will be used by Cirque du Soleil and its related partners;
  2. The material submitted by candidates will not be returned to candidates;
  3. The material of candidates who are not selected may be destroyed by Casting and will not be returned to candidates;
  4. By applying online, candidates who submit their material via a video demo link agree that Casting will extract their material from these links if needed to add the material to the candidate’s profile;
  5. Applications may be considered for one or more roles in all our shows in performance and in creation.
