New Boise film paying


Boise Production Company is beginning production of our next short starting in Sept. Principal photography will take place Sept. 16-18 and Oct. 12-14. This will be a paying gig (anticipated wage is $75/day).

THE SEED (working title) is the story about Boyd Larson, a seed pathologist whose wife has died of ovarian cancer. When a plain white envelope shows up at his house containing a single seed and nothing else, Boyd’s search for meaning—and a path to redemption—begins.

We are looking for:

Boyd: Male. late 30s/40s. Trim.

Maggie (Boyd’s late wife): Female. 30s. Athletic.

Sheldon (Boyd’s friend and former co-worker): Male. Late 30s/40s.

Perry (Boyd’s former boss): Male. 50s/60s.

Young Boy: 8-10 years old.
