They would have to be willing to dress up in an animal costume (provided) and visit various locations (including outdoor locations) handing out information about the event. Craze client  needs an attractive couple in their 30's with a couple kids for a shoot all day Tomorrow (Thur 8/2). There is no dialogue, it's basically stock footage of the family interacting with the product, Braven bluetooth speakers. The Utah Jazz would like to invite you to participate in national anthem auditions for the 2012-13 NBA season.

The auditions will be held on Friday, Oct. 5 at the EnergySolutions Arena, 301 West South Temple, Salt Lake City, UT beginning at 9:00 a.m. and will run through 1:00 p.m. This will be the only day to tryout.

*Please enter in the main doors located on the North East side, above the ticket lobby of the EnergySolutions Arena

Audition order is organized on a first come first serve basis. Assigned audition numbers will be given upon registration. The audition is open to the general public, for individuals and / or groups.

If you cannot make the live audition, a recorded CD version of you singing the anthem may be mailed into Meikle LaHue at the EnergySolutions Arena. All CD’s must be received by October 5th. It is, however, strongly suggested that you attend the live audition. Mail to:

The Utah Jazz requires that the National Anthem be sung in a cappella and traditional manner with no styling or individual musical interpretation. Please keep in mind that the National Anthem is about honoring America and the men and women that serve or have served our country, and not about the individual or group singing the piece. Please sing the anthem in a straight forward manner with the upmost respect and honor for what the song stands for. If selected, the performer must sing the same version at their scheduled game, as they performed during auditions. Professional attire is required.

CASTING CALL

The 2891 Films presents, in association with Spy Hop Productions, IMPULSE.

Impulse is a short, character-driven fiction film that examines the fragility of sanity through the eyes of a seemingly normal college student. Because of a momentary loss of control Jackson comes to acknowledge the insanity that resides in us all, whether we like it or not.

As a student film, the production cannot offer monetary compensation. However, the film offers fantastic on-set experiences as well as an impressive addition to any actor's reel. During production meals will be provided. Both edited and raw footage will be available.

At five pages, the expected runtime is five minutes.

Jackson Graves, 18-25: An average man trapped in unthinkable circumstances. The prospect of being mentally unstable is more frightening to him than the mental illness itself. Must be capable of and comfortable with strong emotional material.

Dr. Paul Mathews, The Psychologist, 40-65: A criminal psychologist drawn to men and women who lose control. This role is voice only in order to present 'help' as being an abstraction.

Evan Walker, 18-25: A young man seeking his way in life. Evan's routine actions will forever link him to those of a complete stranger. This is a non-speaking role.

casting Twintuition, a new children’s multi-camera comedy TV series.

The search is being conducted by established network and studio casting director who cast the pilot and first seasons of One Tree Hill & other pre-teen TV shows and films. The executive producer of Twintuition has created successful TV shows for all major networks.

Shoot dates are to be determined but will take place in Los Angeles, CA.  Professional pay, plus meals and travel provided.

You can be sure he’ll deliver some preschool-friendly slapstick humor along the way. If he sees a ball, he has to throw it; if he finds an electric guitar, he has to play it; if there’s a pig costume around, you can be sure he’ll be oinking in no time. Fortunately, Goby does not keep his imagination to himself he uses it to invent exciting outdoor adventure stories for his friends to act out. Character Breakdown

 

Burk/lead role –  Late 40’s, somewhat fit but has let himself go a little, can still handle himself in a fight, would be good looking if he would clean himself up.  Used to be the poster boy for the department, now has a drinking problem and could care less since he caught his wife cheating on him with someone she met on Facebook. 

 Captain Myers/Supporting role – Early 50’s, all the men in his family have been cops for 4 generations now.  He’s been around the block and isn’t surprised by much.  His face shows what a lifetime of being on the force will do to someone.  Very straight forward.

 Jamie/Supporting role – 14 years old, she’s cute but she’s got her dad’s toughness and smart mouth.  Loves her daddy very much even though she pretty much takes care of him on her weekend visits.  Has never really forgiven her mom for what she did.

 Cameron/Supporting role – Mid 20’s, he’s the “tech guy” at the police station, always wears a beanie, a big computer geek who spends his days off playing video games online at home. 

 Veronica/Supporting role – Early 20’s, party girl, uses her good looks to get the attention she craves, always posting provocative pictures on Facebook to see how many guys she can get to comment on them.  Takes pride in how many guys she can get to buy her a drink at the bar.  Without her looks she’s nothing.

 Jeremy/Supporting role – Mid 20’s, good looking guy and he knows it, hits the gym not to stay in shape but to make sure he has something to flex for the ladies.  Considers himself a “player” on Facebook.  Dresses nice and drives a car a little nicer than he can afford, but needs it to complete his “player” status.

 Frank/Supporting role – Somewhere in the 50’s or 60’s, out of shape, a bit on the heavy side, dresses the way he looks.  Hits on all the 19 year old girls on FB, needless to say he’s a bit of a perv with only one agenda.

 Alicia/Supporting role – Burks ex wife, late 30’s/early 40’s, she’s a cougar.  Good looking and likes to use that to tease the young guys.  Is remarried now but still cheats on her husband through Facebook.

 Mark/Supporting role – Alicia’s new husband, mid 40’s, decent looking guy.  Isn’t rich but is well-off, this is one of the only reasons she stays with him.

 James/Supporting role – Early 30’s, likes to pick up women on FB, doesn’t take ‘no’ very well.  Does well for himself, good looking and well dressed.  A very smooth talker, tells women what they want to hear to get them back to his house.
