Auditions for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be held at Riverview Jr High on Tuesday through Thursday, March 6, 7, and 8 from 6 to 7 pm for the children's chorus age 8 and older and from 7 to 9:30 pm for everyone else.  Children should be prepared to sing a favorite song, and bring the music, if they want an accompanist..  All others should be prepared to recite a monologue and sing 16-32 bars from a broadway show.  An accompanist will be provided.  No tape players will be available.  No a'cappella singing will be accepted except for the children's chorus.  Please wear comfortable clothing for a dance audition.  Those wishing to audition for dance only should make that known at the auditions.  Callbacks will be Saturday, March 10 by invitation only.

High Valley Arts announces auditions for "Fiddler on the Roof" on Tuesday, March 13, from 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, March 17, from 9 to 1 p.m. at the Midway Community Center, 163 W. Main, Midway, Utah. 
Please download an audition packet at www.HighValleyArts.org. All rehearsal dates and performance dates are listed.  Call 435-657-2026 to schedule an audition time.  Callbacks will be Tues. March 20 from 7 to 9 p.m.
No children under 10.  Please bring 16 bars of a musical theater tune.  A pianist will be provided.  No acapella singing.
Performances will be in High Valley Arts new outdoor theater.  We expect to have a superb performance with large summertime crowds!  We are particularly anxious to have male dancers for the bottle dance!

The Covey Center's production of Crossing Delancey is a romantic comedy by Susan Sandler, directed by J. Scott Bronson. It will be performed in the Brinton Black Box Theater, April 26 - May 12, 2012. Actors will be paid a stipend.

Ancient Samarian texts describe in great detail the way a soulless creature could be created as a warrior or laborer to help mankind. The rules require the creature to be destroyed when its use to man comes to an end… but one was never destroyed. Seeking—Eddie: male, 18-35, in good shape, must be able to handle intense emotion, any ethnicity; Tamara: female, 18-29, attractive, a very rebellious spirit, tends toward the unusual in dress and demeanor, has a funny side, any ethnicity; Adena: female, 18-35, extremely intelligent, not particularly compassionate or friendly; Jaime: female, 18-25, very sweet and caring, but can get to be a little too much, does her best to help everyone, a pet lover, always into causes; Dr. Ray: male, 30s-40s, a medical doctor, if not for the situation would be considered a very nice person that has dedicated his life to helping his patients; Lana: female, 18-29, attractive, one of Dr. Ray's patients, this role is sexual in nature but has no nudity on or off camera, will be wearing non-transparent bra and panties (will cover you as much as most bathing suits do), with a coerced non-violent rape scene that takes place mostly in the minds of the audience, this character becomes a lead actor in all 16 episodes using her vengeance as a motivation to hunt down and destroy those who attacked her, a significant role with a large commitment required.
