2. They must feel comfortable on camera and be OUTGOING.  The kind of kid that would be an excellent tourguide.  No fear talking loudly in front of a crowd. Someone who can take control of a group.  NO WALLFLOWERS or quiet, soft types. 
3. No accents or unclear speech.
4. Must have good EYES so they can read teleprompter.
5. Best look:  mixed race, slightly dark skin preferred. However, if you have someone who is caucasion who would be good at this then we will consider them.
