Shoot Date will be Tomorrow Wednesday, September 24th.

Rate: $101.50 per day.

Shooting location will be in the Salt Lake City, UT area.

We will not have a call time until later tonight after 6PM. Kids may have to miss school for the day. So you must have the day open, up to 12 hrs.

All children 15 years and under will be required to have an adult accompany them and be on set the entire time the child is working. You cannot just drop off your child!!

  The Empress Theatre

The Empress is pleased to be one of the first theatres to perform the new musical stage adaptation of "A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS"! Based on the classic and beloved animated TV movie.

Auditions are open for anyone ages 12 and up. The show will be double cast.

Auditions will be held on Tuesday Oct 7th and Thursday Oct 9th from 7:00pm-9pm. Callbacks will be held on Saturday Oct 11th from 9:00am-12:00pm and are by invitation only after the initial auditions. Auditioners should come prepared with a minus track and one minute of a Christmas song. No A'Capella singing will be allowed. A CD player as well as iPod/iPad/MP3 hook up will be available for use.

Performances run Nov 28th - Dec 20th every Friday, Saturday, and Monday at 7:30pm as well as three Saturday matinees 12/6, 12/13, 12/20.

We need actors in their twenties for a short horror film I've been working on titled "Campus Alert". We started filming earlier last month but have to start over from scratch because our lead actress's schedule became too hectic before she had to move out of state. - Also we will be filming late in the night after dark in Salt Lake City. So basically I need actors who are nightowls. 

Looking to start filming the week of October 12th to the 19th. 

We need three males, slender and tall, 5'10 and taller, who will be wearing masks but can still act their butts off using body language and gestures. Lots of running will be involved so will need to be in shape. You might also get covered in fake blood. Age probably doesn't matter considering the masks. 

Then two females in their twenties. One lead and the other is a smaller appearance. The lead will require you to play both fear and then you will play a vampire in the later half of the film which will have you being both animalistic and bad ass and be wearing fangs and contact lenses. Also, lots of running involved too and be able to scream and not hold back when playing the vampire part.

The other female role is for the epilogue of the film. Only require one day of filming. Costume is gym clothes, and you will get to wield a crossbow. You also get one line to deliver (in the vein of Sigourney Weaver in Aliens) before the film cuts to credits. Your role doesn't require you to run around like everyone else's part does. 

Also, this is going to be a very gory film. I'm a big fan of 80's horror so if you're not then this may not be the project for you. 

Everyone is welcome to the audition, but I advise sending me an e-mail first just so I can get a good idea of how many people I can expect through out the day.
