Female Actress needed for Low Budget Movie, UTAH

An Ultra Low budget movie will be shooting at the end of August and Production is in need of an Actress.
 
The story is a modern adaptation of the Hansel and Gretel tale that's kind of scary, kind of creepy and kind of quirky. Expect a PG or PG-13 rating.

Here's the scoop:

Title:  Eat Me!  A Tasty Fairy Tale

Role Casting: BRITTANY- Female-looking for actress 18 to 24 who looks 17 (Lead role)  Must have a driver's license.
Brittany’s a beautiful spoiled, seventeen year old girl that genuflects at all things material. She’s one of those girls who thinks she’s entitled to anything she wants and because of her beauty and “annoyance factor” is pretty much able to get it. When she and her brother lose their way in the forest, they come upon a "crazy" mountain woman and Brittany must summon up the courage she never knew she had in order to survive. Great figure. Great skin. Strong actress. Comic timing a big plus.

We have a client that is going to be in need of a Female Talent age late 40's- 50's. This is for a non- profit, non-broadcast, DVD educational Film Series.
 
This is non-speaking work but you will however need to be able to follow directions and have an engaging, natural personality.
 
The theme of the project is an abstract and spiritual look at individuals "walking" into Christianity. You will symbolize those people. Live action shots will be taken of you walking, posing at different angles, profile shots, etc. and will be done at a location in downtown Salt Lake City near the Capital Building.
 
Shooting will be this Friday, July 8
 
Pay is $100 and you would need to plan on working from 4:00pm- Sunset.

Male Promotional Models ages 21- 35 to play Gladiators, UTAH

We are seeking Male Promo Models to promote the SPARTAN RACE, a high energy, intense, obstacle course race, in MIDWAY, UT, SATURDAY, JULY 9.
 
MIDWAY is located approximately 55 minutes from Salt Lake City, and 30 minutes from Park City.

Brand Ambassadors will be placing medals on the racers as they cross the finish line, and taking photos with the racers and spectators.
Male Models will act as GLADIATORS for the event. Must be willing to wear a gladiator costume and "act" the part. You will be interacting with racers as they cross the finish line.

The events are outdoors, usually on a dirt or mud field. This is a high energy, physically demanding promotion, so please do not apply if you are not comfortable with that.

PAY RATES:
Male Gladiators: $18/hour

DATE/TIME:
Saturday, July 9th - 7:30am - 2:00pm (possibly later)

Staff Expectations:

Casting for sort film "No Substitutions" (Provo)

"No Substitutions"

A short, slice of life film, exploring the dichotomy of good things happening to bad people. The anticipated shoot dates are July 22nd-July 23rd. 

The roles needed include:

Myron - late 20s (27), male, white.  Myron is tall, slender, prefers dark colors, grays, blacks, keeps hair tightly combed.  He's very precise, not so much prim and proper, but prefers to do things accurately, how he speaks, his physical mannerisms.

Jack - early, mid-20s (24-25), male, white (though mixed would work too). Shorter than Myron, trim, but not really muscled.  Jack definitely cares about the persona he presents through clothes, think jackass hipster.  Very charming, it's what allows him to get away with being a jerk.

Waitress - mid to late 50s (56-57), female, short gray hair, white/mixed.  The shortest character, squat/stout figure.  She looks like an unkind grandmother, the one who barked at you or wouldn't let you touch her stuff.  She's had a crap life and so doesn't mind screwing with her customers.

Finn - early to mid 20s (26 at oldest), male, tall and muscled, Asian-American (white would work too). He's a tool, though an odd hybrid, his over confidence/ego comes from maintaining a healthier lifestyle (lots of vitamins, supplements, weird holistic foods) than those around him. 

The positions, as they are students, are unpaid, however film credit will be given.

Auditions will be held Friday, July 8 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 9 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Provo.

Casting for a short film to shoot this Saturday in Ogden. One day shoot. Film is a comedy about a pathological liar that mistakenly goes to a group therapy session for the extremely gullible. All content is worthy of a PG rating.

Directed by Jim Henderson. Produced by Scott Halford. Script by Craig Nybo.

Characters
Jack - Male, 30's or 40's. Charming guy who could sell ice to eskimos.
Audrey - Female, 20ish. Slight, sickly girl who loves loves loves everything about everyone and everything. It's all just so wonderful
Barry - Male, 30's to 50's. Cuddly teddy bear of a guy. Lovable father figure.
Cheryl - Female 40's or 50's. Scholarly bookish woman.
Deacon - Male, 30's. Hipster who knows everything.

Copy and credit and a chance to work with some creative people with high production standards. Finished film will be about 10 minutes and will be submitted to festivals.
