·         Employee to perform the role of a beauty consultant who: advises a targeted audience of women ages 30 to 50 on beauty/health & wellness products; will be expected to wear/model cosmetics, fragrances, and other beauty/health & wellness products; and must portray someone outgoing and articulate, who embraces health and wellness.  Must wear lab coat.

APA invites all talented actors to Audition for two of their best holiday productions. The shows will be presented on the Academy stage together for selected evenings in December.  Both shows were originally presented separately with intensely moving portrayals and a spiritual message.  

APA is very excited to produce them once again in our new facility for an evening guaranteed to bring home the Christmas spirit. All roles are open for both shows.  Parts are available for Men, Women and Children ages 6 to 76.

Please come prepared with a head shot and resume. Actors will be asked to read “sides" from the scripts.

Friendly Reminder- Commissions

Commissions are due on all projects where you have been paid directly from the client.
 
This is a friendly reminder that your Commissions are due within 7 days of receiving your check. 10% of the Gross before taxes are due on all Extra work where compensation is less than $100. Anything over is 15%. Any Acting, Modeling, Dancing, Promotional Modeling, etc. is 15%.
 
We will be receiving lists of Talent who have worked and on what days. If we do not receive your Commission in a timely manner we will be forced to remove you from the active Craze Agency Database. We do not want this to happen so make sure you take care of this when you are paid.
 
Normally it can take 2-5 weeks to get paid from the date(s) you worked. Let us know if have not been paid.

Program Description: (Each Mall may be participating in some or all of the below)

Merrier Shopping (Black Friday) means giving the shopper what they want and when they want it. 

On Black Friday, that means offering retailer discounts, freebies, value added and a fun mall experience early in the morning!  This comprehensive program is designed to draw early morning traffic and convert sales on the busy Black Friday shopping day.  It includes a Gift with Purchase promotion featuring GGP Shop Etc Gift Cards and a customer friendly program of Random Customer Perks and Surprises designed to delight your customers. 

Merrier Shopping is all about removing the “angst” during holiday shopping.  We recognize that one point of frustration on busy Friday nights at the Santa set is Santa’s evening break time.  The families waiting in line for Santa to return will be surprised and delighted to find Mrs. Claus as a bonus to entertain the children while they wait! This is an innovative new program designed to draw traffic to the Santa set and provide a unique experience for families during the holidays. Each performance will take place during Santa’s evening meal break on any or all three (3) Fridays in December listed below.  A thorough casting process will be conducted to select the best Mrs. Claus for each participating center.

The promotion includes staffing of Mrs. Claus and her assistant, costume, several books to be read, and a mini plush giveaway for each child.   

We are also looking for an Overbooked model at all locations. An Overbook works in the following way: You will be scheduled as an ON-SITE Overbook, and show up at call time, along with the rest of the full-shift staff. IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR 2 HOURS IN THE E-PLANNER, BUT YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT. If all of the full shift staff show up at call time, you will be dismissed immediately, and paid for 2 hours of your time. (You probably wouldn’t be on site for more than 15 or 20 minutes if you are not needed.) If someone is missing, you will assume their full shift and work the entire day, and be paid for the entire day.  

Brand Ambassador/Overbook Duties & Responsibilities will include:

·         Assisting the Lead Brand Ambassador with redeeming Gift Cards, and tracking the redemptions, for consumers.

·         Arrive ON TIME at your event!!

·         Must have a positive attitude and outlook at all times.

·         Arrive in uniform

·         ALWAYS look and act professionally. You will be in direct contact with our clients, and we must leave a good impression on them.

What the client is looking for in a Brand Ambassador/Overbook:

·         Must be responsible, dependable

Leaving Iowa is a postcard to anyone who has ever found himself or herself driving alone on a road, revisiting fond memories of his or her youth.
