Volunteer Male Extras needed for Short Film, Utah

Extras wanted for local film!
Males age 20 to 55 (Salt Lake City)
 
A short film is in need of more extras. The scene takes place at an illegal underground cock-fight in a warehouse. They need people to be in the crowd cheering, making bets, eating, talking, etc. Currently have 5 main actors and 7 extras for the scene but want about 10 to 15 more extras for this scene.
 
They are working with a very low budget so they cannot compensate you but will have food, a fun experience, networking, a professional set, and a copy of the film once it is finished.

If you want to be part of this film you will need to commit to being on set for three days. They are filming August 13th, 14th, and 15th from 8PM to 5AM. Looking for Males of all ethnicities from age 20 to 55.

Craze Agency Tips- PLEASE READ!!

Here are some important tips that can really help us to help you!

 

When you are booked for a job, many times the talent stress out because they do not hear from the client until the night before on the details of the job. This happens a lot because often they do not know exact times until they finish the previous days shooting.

 

Trust us, that if they contact us we will let you know ASAP! Please make sure to keep your phone close and check your email.

 

You  need to be patient and understand it is not that they are not organized but that things don't always go perfect because of so many variables they have to deal with.

 

This is just part of the business but if you are patient things usually work out.

Craze never wants there to be rescheduling or date conflicts but it is out of our  hands when it comes to this area.

 

Do not call your Agent after each audition asking if you were hired or have received a call back. The Agent will immediately call or email you once we are notified if they want to book you.

 

Sometimes it can take a few days for the clients to book the talent sometimes many months so always keep your sides just in case. If we let every person know when they did not receive a part all we would have time for is contacting our talent and we would never find new jobs or be able to book the jobs we are doing at that time.

 

Many National and some local Clients take more than 30 days time to pay you, even when your agent bills them with a 30 day voucher.
We hate it as bad as you do, (we all have bills to pay). Often they have 2-4 clients they bill to get you paid ( art directors, photographers, ad agencies, the actual client), so it can take sometimes 60-90 days.
 
We will do everything in our power to collect, but it has always been that way and it will probably never change with the big national companies. They know they get a lot of people work so if you or we harass them too much the client will just use someone else or another agency.
 
We will do everything in our power to get you your hard earned money and our success rate is over $98 Percent! Remember, we will email you the day the check clears so you can pick it up. Please don't bug us because it does no good, we have a great billing system and stay on top of all our invoices.
If a client asks you what your rate is, say, "call my agent" or you can call Craze and let us know and we will negotiate it for you and get legal contracts for you. That is our profession and we will make sure to get documents signed if needed and get you the best rate possible for that type of project in our market. Usually clients that do not want to initially go through agents will either never pay or low ball you or work in a very unprofessional manner.  If there budget is small we still know how to get the most money possible for you . Also, you are responsible to let the agency know about these projects and  pay your commissions.
 
Our goal is to help nurture and establish you in our markets so that we both can have a fantastic long term relationship and continue to grow. We hope this helps you to understand the business a little better

Various talent needed for Corp/Promo Video, Utah

We are working with a client in Utah that is producing a corporate video to be shown at a International Convention.
 
They are in need of some talent to be featured in the project. No lines just action/reaction shots.
 
The shoot will be on Thursday, July 29 in Spanish Fork Utah (Utah County). Pay is $125. All talent involved will need to plan on being there for a full day, most likely a 8:00am call time and working into the evening. You will receive pay for your time and the client will also be providing food and drinks throughout the day.

One of Craze Agency's own is in a local band who is planning to shoot a Music Video at the beginning of September. The song is called "Darkness."
 
The Director is in need of 1 Female and 1 Male actor ages 17-22. Both will be playing the role of a couple. The Music Video will come out on I-Tunes and all over the Internet. Pay will be $60 for a 1 day shoot.
 
Shooting will be in about a month around September 1st.

Casting "Triple Threat" Performers, 18-30, Utah

July 22, 2010
Searching for outstanding adult singer-performers to star in an upbeat Utah school assembly weekly from September 2010 through May 2011. The 35-minute program requires performers to be confident singers, capable dancers, enthusiastic actors and engaging personalities for elementary-age audiences.

• Casting will include four performers (two men and two women) and two swings (one man and one woman) ages 18-30.

• Performances will be held twice a week during school hours from September through early December 2010 and January through May 2011. Exact days will be determined based on the chosen cast’s availability.

• Geographic locations of schools will range from Weber to Utah Counties and Tooele to Heber Counties, and average time commitment per show will be two to three hours including travel.

• Pay per show is $50 + $15 for travel, with a $500 bonus at the end of the performance season (April 2010).

• During the month of August, 10 paid rehearsals will be held, at $40/rehearsal. One paid rehearsal will be held per month throughout the performance season.

• Contract requires a minimum of 45 of a likely 56 performances.

Auditions will be held August 11, 2010. Bring a one-minute comedic monologue or reading, a 32-measure contemporary vocal solo (pianist provided) and be prepared to learn and perform a short piece of choreography. Must be willing to submit to a background check before a final offer is made.
 
Headshots requested.

Employing original music, creative skits and crowd participation activities, the high-energy assembly teaches safe walking and biking practices to students. The songs are contemporary tunes in genres ranging from alternative to hip hop. Last year, the show was performed for more than 40,000 students across the Wasatch Front.

Talent/Models needed for Master Card Photo Shoot, Utah

We have a client that is looking to shoot for MasterCard in Park City for 1 full day on a bus either Wednesday, July 28th or Thursday, July 29th.  The shoot will for a 2 year unlimited usage excluding broadcast.

All the models will act as passengers on the bus, however there will be one primary talent and the rest will be fillers in the background. This is a Photo Shoot Booking.

Pay for this project is $800 for the primary talent and $375 for the back-up talent.

Looking for the following in the various ethnicities – Caucasian, Asian, African American, and Hispanic with a caveat on the primary talent:

Primary Talent: 

·         Early 30’s, ambiguous looking with dark hair and olive complexion.  Handsome, but not overly beautiful

Back Up Talent:

·         Young girl in her early 20’s – very stylish

·         Older man with beard.  Can be more heavy set in his 60’s

·         Mother in her 30’s who looks conservative

·         Business Professional guy from 25-35
