Craze Agency president Troy Lee will be holding a Modeling workshop then followed by an Acting workshop! The modeling workshop will cover all aspects of booking modeling jobs.

 

You do not need to be a high fashion model candidate to benefit or book most modeling jobs in our MARKETS!

 

What you will learn.

 

How to get the jobs over the competition, what the casting people look for when hiring models , runway audition techniques,  proper portfolio presentations and interview do’s and don’ts.

 

Troy will also educate you on Commercial, High Fashion and Editorial print modeling, Stock photography, Promo, Convention and Brand Ambassadors, Commercials, Spokes modeling, real people and character faces modeling.

 

For over 25 years Troy has assisted and taught models how to book work in larger markets, appear in National and Local fashion magazines, work in newspapers, catalogues and dozens of fashion shows.

 

As with everything Craze does to assist the talent, this is not mandatory, but offered to assist the talent in advancing their career.

It is for a startup company called Univera, which specializes in health supplements.  Presumably it will be for web & promo.

The shoot will be B-roll style and will be MOS. Will be lifestyle shots.  Family at home together, exercise, dinner party, home office, etc. Thus, they won't be auditioning, and the client will be going off of head shots-looks.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, there is an opening in their cast for the role of Murray (the cop, who is one of the poker buddies) in The Odd Couple at the Heritage Theatre in Perry, UT. Have a great cast and need someone for this fun role.

SLCC School of Arts, Communication and New Media announces auditions for the new 3-part web series “Manic City,” a superhero based dark comedy/drama. The series is created by Paul Gibbs & Patrick Gibbs, directed by Paul Gibbs, and written by Jarrett Reich, Loren Teryl Green, and Paul Gibbs & Patrick Gibbs.

Auditions will be held Tuesday, June 1st 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Salt Lake Community College Redwood Campus.

EXTRAS NEEDED FOR MTV'S BULLY BEATDOWN TAPINGS, UTAH

Production on the MTV Series, "Bully Beatdown" will begin taping episodes in Salt Lake City, Utah Sunday, May 30- Tuesday, June 1.
 
They are in need of Male and Female EXTRAS to appear as audience members to cheer on the fighters and create a loud, exciting atmosphere.
 
For those of you who may not know the premise of the show. MTV takes regular people who were bullied when they were younger and gives them a chance for sweet revenge and cash prizes. The show takes the victims who were bullied and pits a real MMA (mixed martial arts) fighter against their bullier. If the bully can beat the MMA fighter they will win cash prizes. If the bully looses their bullied victim wins the prizes.
 
Shoot Dates, call times, and pay
Sunday, May 30. Call time is 5:00pm. Plan on wrapping at 8:00pm. Pay is $25
 
Monday, May 31. Call time is 5:00pm. Plan on wrapping at 8:00pm. Pay is $25

Dress Code
You will be required to dress in MTV hip attire like you are going to a club. Absolutely no white clothing, hats, or shorts. No clothing with logs, graphics, celebrity prints, or trademarked characters or designs will be allowed inside the studio. The show is almost entirely standing room only so you will need to wear comfortable shoes.
 
This will be a great opportunity to work on an MTV Production, get paid and have a great credit on your resume!

Auditions for the coming season will be planned for July 17th, 2010 (Saturday) and 19th (Monday).  Auditions will be held at the theater - 415 E Parkcenter Boulevard at the Park Center Mall, Suite 110 in Boise, Idaho

Please come prepared to sing a song from a Broadway Musical that is similar to the style of the show(s) you are auditioning for.  There will be an experienced pianist available, as well as a cd player for recorded accompaniment.  Please, no accapella auditions.  Bring sheet music and/or an accompaniment track.  We will ask you to perform approximately one minute of your chosen song, however please prepare the entire song as we may want to hear more!

We will also have people do "cold" readings from various scripts - for those interested in auditioning for the non-musical productions.  You will not need to sing.
