GREAT STYLE AND GREAT WRITING/PRESENTATION SKILLS.
Looking for the following roles:
 
ROLE 1: "Participants":  Females, ages 13-20/ Each selected participant in the video/blog portion will be paid $150.00.

ROLE 2: "CLAIR'S COMMENTATORS":  Females, ages 13-20/  "Claire’s Commentators": Each selected commentator will be paid $150.00 / per month for contributions.

ROLE 3: "Brand Ambassador":  Females, ages 13-20/ Each selected Brand Ambassador will receive an additional $1,000 ($500.00 initially and an additional $500.00 fee upon completion of their  RESPONSIBILITIES OF AMBASSADORS.

CASTING PROCESS:

Casting for Brand Ambassadors for the new Claire’s website.

1. Girls will be invited to submit based on initial picture submissions. Craze Agency will supply headshots and current snapshots.

2. PARTICIPANTS: Girls chosen from initial picture submissions will be asked to participate in casting. Casting in this case will mean the talent recording themselves on a Webcam or video camera answering questions. Participants will be paid $150 for submitting a video of themselves in a "Blog" style, kind of like the show "I Carley") Videos can be Youtube style, video files, or if need be they can arrange a Skype session with you.

3. BRAND AMBASSADORS: From the Videos Submissions, 3 girls will be selected to be the Ambassadors.

4. CLAIRE'S COMMENTATORS: The remaining 41 girls may be hired later by Claire’s to be "Commentators" on the new Claire’s website.  Claire’s Commentators will be given $150.00/girl/month for their contributions.

5. * RESPONSIBILITIES OF AMBASSADORS: A box of Claire’s accessories and merchandising will be mailed to the AMBASSADORS along with a workbook full of guidelines, resources and assignments broken out by each of the month for which they will be blogging on the site. They will receive a week’s worth of blog assignments at a time and have 1 week after to complete
them. Each girl will have at least 7 posts per day for which they must submit content. A portion of this content will be submitted prior to the live date. The remaining posts will be related to more timely cultural events on which they will be expected to comment. The format of the posts will range from video entries (long and short), photo entries accompanied by text (long and short entries), links to other fashion sites with comments relevant to their involvement with Claire’s, and short posts which may or may not have relevance to Claire’s accessories but speak to the lifestyle of the Girls.

48 Hour Film Project casting and talent showcase, Utah

Calling all actors and performers!  Open audition at Piper Down for the 48 Hour Film Project.  Come meet the producers and directors and show them your stuff.
 
The cast and crew of the 48-Hour Film Project are hosting a meet and greet at Piper Down on June 3rd in an effort to familiarize the public with the fun and excitement involved with the upcoming filming weekend.

The event at Piper Down is different from the Project’s other open house events in that it will double as an open audition for actors and performers.

The 48-Hour Film Project is an organization that strives to advance filmmaking and promote filmmakers. Essentially, the Project’s goal is to encourage production of movies.

Have a monologue, a song, a comedy routine?  If you can fit it into three minutes, show us what you’ve got.  We’ll give you the time, you give us the goods.  It promises to be a lot of fun, with performers, actors, producers and directors from all over the state coming together to see this unique audition. 

This is no cattle call; bring us what you do best.  Whether dramatic or comedic, thought provoking, or gut wrenching; you’ve got three minutes to show us why you should be hired to be on a team.  Spot prizes will be awarded throughout the evening at the 21-and-older event, and it’s a great way to get material for your reel.

SYNOPSIS: Legends is a hosted sports show that will invite BYU sports legends that have an inspirational story to be a guest on the show. Each episode will showcase the athlete’s journey in leading a great life by revealing their story in six main parts; pre-college, college, post-college, “A day in the life” with the athlete, “you ask” the athlete questions (interview with the host) and finally a sports competition with the host and the guest athlete.

 

HOST – 30-50 years old, Male, any ethnicity.  The Host needs to be a witty, buddy-like presence, but also an effective storyteller.  He takes the viewer into the athlete’s inner circle through casual and interesting interview questions and adds insightful questions of character as follow up’s.  The host extracts a deeper layer of the athlete by finding out what the athlete thinks and feels as well as what the athlete’s triumphs and failures are.

 

The host not only needs to have great charm, charisma and improv ability, but needs to possess a deep knowledge of and interest in most main stream sports.  We would especially love current radio/tv sports personalities and/or former college/pro athletes.  Those falling into one of these 2 categories may be invited to skip directly to the final screen test.

Wyoming/Montana Talent call for feature length film, "Wanda the Wonderful."

Wanda the Wonderful is a feature length film about a passionate and volatile Wild West sharpshooter who
struggles to escape from her past. Wanda travels the world with her sharpshooting act but as her performing career starts to wane, she finds escape in the big-hearted, hard working sheep rancher Carl. Everything is fine until it turns out there’s more to Wanda’s past than the glamour of show business. Taking the form of a “Docu- Western”, the film combines documentary and narrative re-enactments to tell the true story of Wanda, a woman who followed her passions at whatever cost and actually lived the Wild West.

Shoot information:
1-5 Days beginning June 8th

Compensation: This is a very low budget film and most positions are not paid. Meals will be provided and
talent will receive a dvd copy of the final project.

Congratulations to all Craze Talent who worked as Extras on the feature films, Den Brother, 127 hours, John Carter of Mars or any of the other projects you have been paid directly on.
 
Your hard work and dedication will continue to show out of state clients and productions how great of a film and talent community we have, and entice them to shoot more of these projects here and create more opportunities for you!!
 
These projects are now paying!!
 
This is a friendly reminder that your Commissions are due within 7 days of receiving your check. 10% of the Gross before taxes are due on all Extra work where compensation is less than $100. Anything over is 15%. Any Acting, Modeling, Dancing, Promotional Modeling, etc. is 15%.
 
We will be receiving lists of Talent who have worked and on what days. If we do not receive your Commission in a timely manner we will be forced to remove you from the active Craze Agency Database. We do not want this to happen so make sure you take care of this when you are paid.
 
Normally it can take 2-5 weeks to get paid from the date(s) you worked. Let us know if have not been paid.

Extra work available through Utah Extras

MICROSOFT BING COMMERCIAL- SHOOTING IN MOAB, UTAH 5/20/2010-5/21/2010
 
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PROFILE SET UP ON UTAH EXTRAS GET ON THERE ASAP!! THEY ARE ONLY BOOKING PEOPLE WHO ARE ON THE SITE. IF YOU HAVE A PROFILE, MAKE SURE YOU WATCH YOUR PHONE AND EMAILS, THIS IS HOW THEY WILL CONTACT YOU.

Utah Extras.com is offering a great opportunity for Craze Talent that would like to be considered as Extras for these and other film projects.
 
Due to abuse of the system, Utah Extras will no longer offer a 'trial' period. In order for your account to be activated you MUST pay the membership fee which is $25- $35 per year.
 
Utah Extras is not affiliated and has nothing to do with the Craze Agency. We are sending this out as a service to you. Having a profile set up with Utah Extras is the only way you will be booked to work as an Extra for these projects.
 
This opportunity is ONLY for Craze Agency Talent.
 
As with any Feature Film you are booked on as an Extra, you will be paid directly. It is your responsibility to pay your Commission to the Craze Agency if they hire you. Commission on Extra work is 10% of the gross $100 or less. Extra work is 15% of the gross if greater than $100.
 
You need to let Craze know if you are hired. Any Talent found not paying Commission will be taken off the Craze Agency Active Database.
 
There will be no leniency on this issue!!
 
Please follow these steps to create a profile:
 
2. go to Register. You will be asked to create a file.
3. Follow all directions carefully and input all necessary information.
4. MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT ALL INFO AND ATTACH YOUR CRAZE AGENCY PHOTO SO EXTRAS CASTING CAN SEE WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE AND WHERE YOU ARE REPRESENTED. If you do not fill out all the info. you will not show up in their searches.
5. Extras Casting will be in contact with you on bookings. There is no guarantee that you will work but this is the only way to be considered.
6. You will be paid directly.
7. PAY YOUR COMMISSIONS. Any Talent caught not paying Commissions will be taken off the Craze Agency Active Database. No exceptions.
