Video Game Project seeks Male and Female Models, 18-30, Utah

A local client is looking for 6 Men and 6 Women between the ages of 19-30 for their Murder Mystery Video Game.
 
Models must be comfortable posing in summer wear and also swimming suits: Women must be comfortable posing in bikinis and men will be shirtless in swimming trunks. Models will be used as a foundation for creating the video game characters seen in the game.
 
They have budgeted $25/hour and models can expect to be on set for 2-4 hours. They are also looking for a ethnically diverse cast.
 
They are currently in production for this project and are looking to do individual photos shoots the week of Monday, May 3

Project: Mormon.org, Ethnic Males and Females, Utah

The Audiovisual Department is working with the Missionary Department to revise the mormon.org website.  One emphasis of this revision is to create significantly more media including video testimonies of a cross section of members of the Church.  The purpose of these videos is to debunk myths and stereotypes about Mormons.

They are currently casting for working adults ages 20-65 of all ethnicities  other than Caucasian to bear testimony of Christ and the Book of Mormon.  We are looking for those with a strong foundation in the Gospel who express themselves well.  “Beautiful on the inside and out.”

Those selected will be filmed at their homes for about an hour and then will be filmed as they go about their daily activities for about 1-2 hours. 

The shoot dates and times are at your convenience May 3-14. 

They are only casting ethnicities other than Caucasian. 

All applicants must be temple worthy members of the Church and must be legal to work in the United States.

Those chosen will be compensated for their time and trouble.

Can two divorced men live together, peacefully and serenely in a small New York City apartment? When the two men are Felix Unger and Oscar Madison, the answer is a resounding NO! Oscar is a hard living, hard drinking, divorced sportswriter, and a carefree slob with a messy apartment, a broken refrigerator, and wall to wall debris. Felix is unfailingly neat, financially frugal, and something of a hypochondriac. Their close friendship is put to the ultimate stress-test when Felix moves in with Oscar and immediately their personalities clash. It’s one zany event after another which comes to an ultimate hilarious, exploding conclusion when our boys double date with the Pigeon sisters. Hysteria is the result.

Oscar Madison: (30's - 50's) A sloppy, recently divorced sportswriter.

Felix Unger: (30's - 50's) A fastidious, hypochondriac news writer whose marriage is ending; emotional and dramatic.

Speed: (30's - 50's) A poker buddy, gruff and sarcastic, often picking on Vinnie and Murray.

Vinnie: (30's - 50's) A poker buddy, mild-mannered and hen-pecked, an easy target for Speed's verbal barbs.

Then I Shall Reign Supreme!, is a family friendly short film about a young man who likes to imagine that he is a prince in a medieval fantasy despite the fact that this adversely affects his relationships with friends and family, with hilarious results.

 

Character Breakdown

 

The Hero – A young medieval prince. 22-30 years old.

The Villain – A treacherous evildoer. 22-30 years old.

The Fair Maiden – A fair maiden in distress. 18-28 years old.

Robby – A young boy with an overactive imagination. 8-11 years old.

Mikey – Robby’s best friend. 8-11 years old.

Janey – Mikey’s little sister. 7-10 years old.

Mother/Old Crone – Robby’s mother and the way that he imagines her. 35-45 years old.


Those with athletic abilities or dance experience are especially encouraged to audition for "The Hero" or "The Villain." Actors who have experience riding horses will receive special consideration if auditioning for "The Fair Maiden" and "The Hero."
 
** NOTE- The scenes for the adults will be shot in Oregon, but travel, food and housing accommodations will be covered by the production. If you cannot commit to traveling DO NOT AUDITION.
Kids do not need to travel. Those scenes involving the kids will be shot in Provo or Orem, Utah.**
 
As the movie will be shot on a low budget, they cannot afford financial compensation, but everyone involved will be given IMDB credit (Internet Movie Database) as well as a copy of the movie on DVD and Blu-ray. The project will also be entered into Film Festivals across the world, so this will be an excellent opportunity for actors to showcase their talents to a broad range of audiences.

Female Actress needed for National/International short film opportunity

Mika Ishikawa (prod.) is casting Homecoming, a HD 3D animated drama/love story short, that will be the first 10 minutes of a planned feature film.
 
The short will be made publicly available as widely as possible in order to create buzz and secure funding for the full feature film. Animation will be done using performance capture; the 3D character's appearance will be based on the appearance of the actor/actress.
 
Preparative rehearsals will be held by video conference June/July 2010; one-week session of rehearsals, reference video/still shoot, and performance capture late July/early Aug. in Tokyo/Nagoya, Japan.

Jade: mid-20s, brown hair, beautiful but insecure writer/literature student, role requires fluent English without a strong accent, no nudity but muscle/movement video reference, 3D model, and texture reference for 3D production team will be shot with minimal clothing, LEAD. What:

The Church Audiovisual Department is producing a promotional video for the Church Educational System (CES) that will encourage high school graduates to enroll in Institute of Religion classes.

This will be a fun stylized piece with a look similar to the iPod commercials wherein the person listening to the iPod is a white silhouette on a colored background.

Who:

Female 17-25, fit/athletic with long hair (at least shoulder length)

Applicant needs to be able to climb, jump, and hang from a rope for a couple of minutes at a time.  (The activities will not put her in danger, but will be very physical.)  A gymnast or track athlete would be ideal.

There are no lines, so they will cast from photographs.
