Short Film needs leading Actress, 20-30, Utah

A local Utah director is casting for a five-minute piece a 'day in the life' of Joan Alison, circa 1930's/40's. She co-wrote "Everybody comes to Rick's," which was the basis used for the adaptation of Casablanca, starring Humphrey Bogart. 

The short is a no-budget production, therefore, talent will not be paid upfront. The short will be submitted to festivals and if any money is made through this, the talent will be compensated. They will have craft services providing meals on set, snacks, beverages, etc. as well as hair and make-up will be provided.
 
The shoot will take place in the Springville/Provo area on the 10th of Paril from about 10:00am- 4:00pm.

Embarrassed by their mistake, the misfits try to cover it up.

We have been in contact with the Extras Coordinator for the Feature Film, "127 hours."
 
They mentioned that production is going to need a ton of extras coming up next week, the week of April 5, 2010. Extras will be used for various crowd scenes, etc.
 
They will be needing Males and Females, kids to adults ages 8 and up. Pay is $80- $101.50 per day at 10-12 hour days.
 
They are asking for a list of extras from the Craze Agency who have profiles already set up on Utah Extras. Although we cannot guarantee that you will be used, the list that Craze submits ensures that you will be bumped up to the top of the list for consideration.

Extras will be paid $75- $100 per day
 
They will be looking for all ages, Male and Female, general background extras. All extras will need to have their own wardrobe that could work for the 1940's, 50's.
 
The most important thing the producer and director want is to hire extras that have access to 1940's and 1950's style clothing as their wardrobe budget is limited.
