This is for a student project, so this is a non-paying gig. However, this will also be an ongoing project for future roles so if you are cast as one of the leads there will be future projects in the coming year. Pushing to be a recognized professional production company and there will be future casting opportunities if they get off the ground. Would love to work with those we are enthusiastic and serious about acting. You don't have to be well versed in Twilight, but its a plus!

Need Female Hispanic actor, 30-45 for MADD Parenting Skills DVD

NEEDED: Female Hispanic actror age 30-45 – speaking part -- to play mother of 17 year-old in selected family scenes in a parenting skills DVD being filmed March 27 and April 6-7, 2010.
 
Needs to be energetic and upbeat.  All filming will be in Salt Lake City -- in the upper Avenues for the home scenes and near downtown for the classroom scenes.

DETAILS: The Utah Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving is making a parenting skills DVD based on the Strengthening Families Program that has research proven skills to prevent underage drinking and drug use in kids. The DVD consists of 10 Lessons and will be put on the MADD National website for free download by every family in America. It is being filmed by an award-winning filmmaker from California.

They will have 3 days of filming and two rehearsals with the Artistic Director of the Salt Lake Children's Theater. Will film "classroom" scenes April 6 & 7 where three actor "families" meet together with real-life Family Therapy Coaches (who can also act), to learn some cool family relationship skills. Will film individual "family" scenes March 26 where you work on those skills at home with your actor "children."
 
Must be able to attend the 3 filming dates.

Pay a $100 honorarium (and may be able to compensate a little for any missed-work time if you have to take time off work) plus 40 cents a mile to and from filming and rehearsals. We will give you a reel (DVD) of your scenes when the production is over, as well as a copy of the whole DVD.

BYU- TV, "The Generations Project" Would like to feature Kids, Utah

"The Generations Project" through BYU- TV would like to feature children in an episode of The Generations Project. "We believe this episode has the potential to deeply move our audience as well as educate and inspire them."

The Generations Project takes people on a journey to learn about their ancestors and in the process hopefully find unexpected answers to questions about themselves. They travel to the places their ancestors called home, meeting with relatives and experts to uncover family mysteries and experience, hands-on, the lifestyle, culture, and history that made up their ancestors' lives. The participants learn that one of the best ways to know who they are is to learn whom they came from.

The first season of The Generations Project followed thirteen individuals as they traveled from the shores of Ireland to the deep American south to the isles of Hawaii and everywhere in between. One participant shed tears as she learned the story of her great grandmother who was exiled to a leper colony. A university professor found the strength to combat a serious illness as she walked in the shoes of her Irish ancestor. A young entrepreneur discovered a family legacy when he learned about his African American ancestors who defied the odds. We feel that lives were changed, mysteries solved, families connected and the thirteen participants discovered, a little better, who they really are.

Production is excited to offer this opportunity to any kids that fit the description of: outgoing, able to express feelings, fun personality, etc....

1280 The Zone's Model Contest, Utah

The winner receives a prize package valued at a minimum of $3,000 (including $1,000 cash).  Nearly 60,000 unique visitors viewed the contest website last year during the promotion. Great exposure for models.
 
In order to participate, contestants must be at least 18 years old, submit three photos of their choosing along with a signed participation form. (Craze can provide the forms, if you are interested in participating)  
 
They will also need to know ahead of time who will/won't be attending the launch.  Only those 21 & older can attend the launch.  The party is open to anyone.
 
The launch party is scheduled for Friday, March 12th at Club Allure in Sandy.  Event participation is not mandatory, though preference is given to those that attend.  The details are as follow:

Male and Female Actor, 60-75 needed for Short Film, ST. GEORGE, UTAH

A highly creative group that has produced several festival showing short films is currently looking for an actress and actor to join them on their latest project; the subject of which entails the senior perspective of the joys of mall walking.
 
If you are not familiar with mall walking, you are in for a treat. Many senior citizens in today’s society have taken to walking for exercise in the malls of America; a safe, clean, temperate local.

Currently casting for:

Stan, 60-75 year old Caucasian male, fit and active.
Ilene, 60-75 year old Caucasian female, fit and active.

This is a non-dialogue short, 3 to 5 minute long film that will be set to music. Both roles are non-speaking, but have many fun and delightful visuals. Both roles require ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Will be filming at the St. George Mall during the mornings of Sunday, March 21st and Monday, March 22nd.

They are unable to compensate for your donated time and effort beyond the standards of meals, credit and of course a copy of the completed film.

These projects are now paying!!
 
This is a friendly reminder that your Commissions are due within 7 days of receiving your check. 10% of the Gross before taxes are due on all Extra work where compensation is less than $100. Anything over is 15%. Any Acting, Modeling, Dancing, Promotional Modeling, etc. is 15%.
 
We will be receiving lists of Talent who have worked and on what days. If we do not receive your Commission in a timely manner we will be forced to remove you from the active Craze Agency Database. We do not want this to happen so make sure you take care of this when you are paid.
 
Normally it can take 2-5 weeks to get paid from the date(s) you worked. Let us know if have not been paid.

Director Dawn Taylor-Reinhart is looking for four children ages 8-16 and four adult actors: two men and two women. This show is not a musical. Come prepared to do cold readings from the script. The Boxcar Children opens May 22nd and plays weekends through June 6th.
