Female Model Call for Runway Hair Show, Utah

MODEL CALL FOR HAIR SHOW (Paul Mitchell The School SLC)
The Paul Mitchell School for hair is producing a hair show for The Utah Women's Show on Friday, November 6th and Saturday, November 7th from 10:00AM-2:00PM
 
You would need to be available for both days. No pay but GREAT runway experience.

They are looking for 15 Female Models to do a runway hairshow. These models will not have their hair altered. (Craze suggests that you audition as one of these Models as we cannot have you alter your look too much.)
 
Models mid Teens to 30's will be considered.


The show will be photographed as well as being recorded.

A Client out of Provo is in the process of building their TALENT ARCHIVE for upcoming voice overs, jingles, infomercials, and commercials.

 

They operate a sound studio, as well as a visual studio. With several upcoming productions, the studio would like to let the CLIENT CHOOSE from their Talent archive.

 

They are looking for Male and Female Talent, 20's and up. There is pay on projects you are chosen for.

 

If chosen, you could be branded with a company or role, or pick up several jobs utilizing your talent.

 

Their archive is already growing, so the studio is only opening the auditions for NOVEMBER 4th (Wed), NOVEMBER 5th (Thurs), and NOVEMBER 6th (Fri).

 

Time slots are every 15 minutes from 8:30am to 6:00pm.


At the audition, they will archive your talent by: 


-Recording your voice with a cold read paragraph in their professional studio 

-Take a photo of you

If you are newer to Craze Agency or have not yet followed the steps below please do not wait any longer!!!! If you do not follow these steps you will not get work and will eventually be taken off the agency list! We have been emailed a lot of questions on this email and most of them can be answered in this email so please read it carefully. You must read the entire EMAIL!

WE need your updated information in our database!!!

This is how we choose and our clients choose who goes on AUDITIONS AND BOOKS JOBS! It is URGENT that you read and follow these simple directions; this will insure that we can promote you more successfully. The process is fast and easy.   

We are now using an amazing database system that will allow us to generate and send out a very detailed list to our hiring clients on you the talent. You must go into our website and fill out as much of the information that it asks. Here are a few examples of the thousands of ways this will help all of us to increase your bookings and auditions.

If a client is looking for an Male Asian experienced actor age 40-55 5'10"- 6'0" or if the client is looking for a Female Model 5'8" to 5'9" age 16-19 size 4-5 with Blonde hair and Blue eyes with runway experience it will pull up a detailed list of all the people in the agency that exactly meet this criteria. This will also pull up an individual list of Extras or Models, Actors, Females, Children, Caucasians, etc.

We asked our clients what we could do to help them book you more and this is what they want.  If you do not input the information requested you will never show up on the searches and this will dramatically hurt or eliminate your chances. We are now advertising this technology to our hiring clients and are the local leader in this detailed technology.

This database does not cost you anything!

FOLLOW THESE STEPS!!! Please remember to read the entire email so that you will not be confused about the difference between the database and website!

Go to http://www.crazeagency.com  and on the top left side of the page you will insert your user name. Your user name will be your first name with the first letter capitalized and then your last name no spaces in between your names with the first letter in your last name capitalized.

Some examples would be Steve Smith user name is SteveSmith, or Janet Thompson user name JanetThompson.

Now put in your password, it will be the first three letters in your first name with the first letter capitalized and then with no space put in your full last name. An example would be Steve Smith would have a password of SteSmith or Janet Thompson would be JanThompson.   Now click login.

This will pull up a new page welcoming you and at the top left corner you will see edit profile, click that and it will pull up your page. Now you can enter your important data. Please accurately update this information anytime it changes. Fill in as much data as possible. You will see there are columns for things like your address and phone and email etc. This is how we will contact you; it must be up to date. If it ever changes you need to update it immediately also email us and let us know. The vital information is only for Craze Agency and will never be given out to clients except your phone number if they need to directly call you and they have our permission

If you are new with Craze or it does not work give it about 7-14 days if it does not work then, email us at crazeagency@sisna.com and we will put you in. Be patient we have been putting in over 100,000 statistics on all of you the last 7 months! If you have a really long name it may need us to adjust it for you the first time!

After you have accurately entered all of your information you may change your password if you wish, so that no one except you and the agency can get into your information. Please write down your password and save it, we do not have time to look up login and passwords! Finally after you have inputted all of your information you must scroll to the bottom of the page and SAVE CHANGES.

This is a database system that Craze uses to help our hiring clients know more about you. This is not part of the Craze Agency website.

We have worked overtime to keep this as simple as possible. Please follow these directions we do not have time to direct you and answer questions, we want to be are busy promoting you.  If your user name does not work and you have followed the directions exactly or if there are any bugs you find, email us at crazeagency@sisna.com .  If you have been with the Agency less than 2-3 weeks you may not be in the system yet, please wait until that time before you contact us. With the amount of data being put into categories, there may be a few bugs in the system so please patient!  We are confident that with this system we have more vital information that hiring clients need than anyone else. "What Not to Wear" Holiday Mall Program

Program Description:

General Growth Property Malls would like to reward their shoppers for spending in a GGP facility. The Concept: To bring about this “reward” program.

Malls (nationwide) will have Greeters and Brand Ambassadors stationed at locations within the mall. Consumers will bring their receipts to the staff, and for each “X” amount they spend, they will be rewarded with a GGP gift card to be used at the mall.

POSITIONS AND DUTIES:

Support BA Duties: are mainly to assist the Lead BA with managing Gift Card redemption and tracking.

Greeter Responsibilities: Primary function is to stand at mall entrances and hand out in-mall offer sheets. Secondary Function is to Greet all Mall Consumers, and relay in-mall offer information to them, to drive sales and Gift-With-Purchase Offer redemption.

Overbook Duties: show up at the regularly scheduled call to work time, and be prepared to work the entire event. If all regularly scheduled models show up on time, you get to go home (typically about 20 minutes after call time), and you are paid for 2 hours of your time. Logically, if someone does not show up to work, you would assume that person's responsibilities and work the full shift for the day- at the previously agreed pay rate. Note: If one of the previously booked full shift reps cancels, the OB will automatically be bumped up into the open full shift slot.

Attire:

NICE Jeans (NO holes, rips or fraying) with clean, closed-toed shoes. A shirt (size small or medium only) and hat will be provided on-site. All staffers must be clean-cut, NO visible tattoos, NO visible piercings other than ears.

MUST MUST MUST fit into a size Small (or XS) or Medium tee.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  ALL staffers MUST sign a waiver regarding their accountability and responsibility for the prizes/gift cards.

Talent Tips!

Talent tips

1- When you are booked for any job write down the director, producer, casting director, TV Network etc... You need this information for your resume. Also remember the part you played. (If it was Extra work you must put that in a separate Extra category not acting). Always update your resume the day you do the project. You would not believe the amount of work people lose out on because their resumes are not updated.

2- Keep your look close to the photos we use to promote you, or you must update the photos and let Craze know. Clients really get upset when you do not match your photos or if we send you out to meet them and you have gained or lost weight, have longer hair or a different color we could lose that client permanently.

3- Never say a negative word on a job. Even among fellow actors or models. Even about other agencies. It never helps you or us in the long run! Let's take the high road even though many people and agencies don't. Successful agencies, people and companies try to follow this example.

4- A successful Modeling and Acting career is like any other career it takes time, persistence, dedication, knowledge, skill and patience!

5- Many hiring clients take more than 30 days to pay you. Even when we bill them with a 30 day Invoice/Voucher. They often have 2-4 different clients to bill, (the hiring client, ad agency, photo or video studio, producer etc.). This sometimes can take 45-90 days, we hate it as bad as you do (we all have bills to pay). We will do everything in our power to collect but it has always been that way and will probably never change with the big national companies. They know they get a lot of people work so if we or you harass them too much they will just use someone else. Also once the agency receives the funds it can take 3-10 days for the fund to clear the bank.

6- Do not accept an audition unless you are 100% sure you can make it and be on time. Usually we are limited in the time slots we have and we do not have time to replace you. We also often give the client a list the night before and they will be too busy the next day of the audition for us to schedule someone else with them. They just figure you are unreliable and so do we, plus another Craze talent may have lost their opportunity to audition.

7- No matter how you feel inside you have to portray self confidence when you are interviewed. Clients never hire people who let them know they are new at this or who are not a polished finished product.

8- Don't show it or be shocked if the audition is not what you visualized. A pro expects it to always be different and is ready to make quick on the spot adjustments. They almost want it to be tough because they know the amateur will let it affect them. Half of success in this business is being very adaptable on the fly. That is why it takes training and experience for many of the jobs.

9- Always just have fun with this business. Clients love to be around smiling, funny, happy people. Many actors, models get too serious when they audition because they feel the pressure.

10- If a client asks you what your rate is or tries to go behind Craze Agencies back, say call my agent and let us know. That is our job and we will make sure to get documents signed if needed and get you the best rate possible for that type of project. Usually clients that do not want to initially go through agents will either never pay, low ball you, do the job without a contract or work in an unprofessional manner. Plus you are responsible to let the agency know about these projects.

11- If you are going to be successful, you are going to have ups and downs, just like life. The people who hang in there and continually keep involved with a positive attitude are always the ones who have the best experience and book the most jobs consistently

Local Photographer is putting together a Stock Halloween Shoot.

Looking for a variety of costumes. (Scary, Funny, Sexy etc.). Looking for 8 people to photograph.

Date of Shoot: Friday, October 30
Time: 4:30-5:30pm

Location: Sandy, Utah
 
Will only need 3-5 minutes per talent.

You will need to sign a model release to be photographed. Some of the images will be submitted for stock photography. The first time an image sells you will make $25. You will be contacted if anything sells.

University of Utah Annual Audition Open Call

October 28, 2009
The University of Utah Film Studies Department is holding their annual auditions looking for actors, Male and Female between the ages of 18-80 to star in student films.
 
The University of Utah student films have received many awards, and have played in the Sundance Film Festival, as well as other festivals around the country. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for exposure and experience for actors. Most productions are copy, credit and experience only. Some projects do pay. If that is the case, talent rates will be negotiated upon individual actor and production.
 
Auditions are being held at the University of Utah Main Campus in the Art Building in room 271 on Friday, October 30 from 10:00am-6:00pm. This is an open call.
 
Please bring a short monologue and a headshot and resume.

Dogbitepictures is now casting for a comedy short film called, "Red Head."
 
There may be compensation for talent and will be discussed on an individual basis.
 
Auditions for this project will be held on Wednesday, October 28 from 6:45pm- 7:45pm for Craze Agency Talent. Auditions located at the Main Salt Lake City public library. The library is located at:

The Auditions will be located in Room D, which is located below the library's main foyer. It can be accessed using the foyer staircase (down the stairs and to your right) or by using the elevator next to the auditorium.

African Amercian or Asian Family needed ASAP for Photo Shoot, BOISE!!

We are working with a local studio that is looking to do a photo shoot this Wednesday, October 28. Would be needed for about a 1/2 day, 2-5 hours.

Photos will be used for Stock.

They need:
African American or Asian Family. 2 Adults, Male and Female and 2 kids.

Pay rate is $30/hr min. of 2hrs or $100 for up to 4hrs per Model.

Short Film Casting, Male and Female 20-35, Utah

Casting for Short Film, "Silent. Listen." This short will be directed by a well known local director, Kyle Mallory.
 
Audition will be held on Wednesday, October 28th in downtown Salt Lake City from 10:40am- 12:50pm. Shooting will be one day on Sunday, November 8. Format will be the Red Camera and intention is for festival circulation.
 
Casting for one Female and one Male.

FEMALE: age 20 to 35 Director would like to see actor interpretation and variation of delivery on direction. Pay is $100

MALE: age 20 to 35 Director would like to see actor interpretation of reactions and voice over as well as variation on direction. Pay is $100

LDS Auditions for photo shoot/voice over project, various ages and ethnicities, Utah

Sacredness of Temples e-Course

Audiovisual is currently casting an e-Course for temple maintenance workers.  This project will be used internally.  Looking to hire LDS actors to participate in a still photo shoot and will also record a paragraph of script as voice over for your photo.  Because this will be shot inside the temple, the actors MUST have current temple recommends.

Here’s what they are looking for:

Daniel:  Hispanic Male 20-40.  He is a custodial worker at a small temple

Mature Female Temple Patron: Any ethnicity Female, age 45 and up

Middle Age Male Temple Patron: Any ethnicity, Male, age 40-55

Young Adult Female Temple Patron: Any ethnicity, Female, age 25-28

Senior Male Temple Patron: Any ethnicity, Male, age 50 and up

Date of shoot: Monday, November 9, 2009

Location: TBD Wasatch front Temple

Rate: $350/8 hour day (It is expected that most talent will only work 2 or 3 hours.  If you work longer than 8, however, you will receive additional pay.)
