Her parents drift apart from the pain, but when Elizabeth’s ghost starts appearing to her mother her parents find hope and healing once again. They start a foundation for homeless children in their late daughter’s honor. It is there where they meet another special little girl, Punkin’, who needs a loving home. Elizabeth’s Gift is a story of love, faith and hope through the most tragic of circumstances – the loss of a child. It is a film for all ages and one families are sure to enjoy for years to come.

August 22 Saturday, from 10AM until Noon at the Valley Center Playhouse
780 N 200 E in Lindon.

These shows will play for the month of October! Shadowbrook Mansion is a musical and Hotel Frankenstein is a play so come prepared to read from the script and sing a few lines a capella or bring a tape to audition for the musical.

Stage Production is bringing Italy to Spanish Fork with their debut performance of, "Much Ado About Nothing." Opera, live statues, and even a Venetian Carnival will set the scene for this tale of Love, Mistrust, and Mistaken Identity.

Casting for EVERY ROLE. Anyone who wants to be in the show can be as they want to create a Village feel.

Performances are next summer and with that much time, rehearsals will be like FREE ACTING CLASSES. The Director recently moved here from Seattle, WA. where she attended Cornish College of the Arts and an acting conservatory before working in semi pro and professional theater.

This is community theater so while they don't offer pay, they can offer fun experience and a chance to put the BARD on your acting resume.

Nightmare Acres is entering it's 4th year as the best Indoor/Outdoor haunt and corn maze in Utah. Need people with acting chops who are good at improv to play various characters such as Freddy Krueger from Nightmareon Elm Street fame or the old lady in, "Drag me to Hell." Need loud screamers, etc.

Shows will run Thursday to Saturday nights from Sept. 21st to Halloween. Pay is $15- $30 per hour. You will also be required to pay 15% Commission to your Agent within 7 days of receiving your check.

Scene Study Workshop with Casting Director, Jeff Johnson, Utah

Jeff Johnson next scene study workshop will start this next week, THURSDAY August 20th. Please note, this is an advanced class, talent should already have training and be prepared to take on new material the first night of class.
 
For the purpose of this class they are asking that talent only register if they are prepared to be in class all four weeks, the first night all talent will be paired up with a scene partner and be given a scene, by missing a class it effects your scene partner.

Course Description:

Week one: you get a scene and scene partner, and you do a cold read with your scene partner
Week two: you bring your scene memorized and rehearse with your scene partner and block the scene.
Week three: You and your scene partner are filmed close-up performing your scene
Week four: We watch your scenes and analyze what worked and what didn’t work
