Casting call for BYU Independent Study Commercial

$150 a day for lead role

$100 dollars a day for featured roles

Approximately 2 days of shooting between June 1-2 or June 9-10. The Commercial will air on KBYU only.

In total they are looking for 6 kids of all shapes and sizes ages 7-12, any Ethnicity. The type of kids you would find on a Farm. Interesting Children, adorable Children.  

The audition will be an Improvisation. Children will be brought into the room in pairs and will be given a situation where they will be surprised. There are no lines in the script so no sides will be provided. Want Kids with great facial expressions and fun energy!

Auditions will be held at Brigham Young University in Room D-341 in the Harris Fine Arts Center (HFAC).

My name is Ibsen Santos and I am directing Othello this summer in Ogden UT,
for Beehive Theatre Company. 

I am in DESPERATE need of a African American actor. No one auditioned, and no one seems to be interested in playing the role. I don't want to cast a white man as Othello and put make-up on him,
that is shamefull!!!! But I will have to do something if I don't get anyone.

AXE Commercial to Benefit Utah’s Local Youth Film Program

A commercial introducing a new product line from Axe will give proceeds to local after‐school film program.

Yawp Productions, in association with Mirmont Media announce a Utah based production for an unannounced product of Axe Body Sprays.

The project is to be directed by New York International Film Festival Winner Sohrab Mirmontazeri, whose recent credits include a 30‐second spot for Frito Lays Doritos and an upcoming ad campaign for online ringtone distributor iRinger.com.

The producers of the commercial have agreed to donate 25% of its purchase price to Spy Hop Productions, a Utah‐based after‐school film program for kids.

Auditions for:

AXE girl: 20's. Sexy. Typical bombshell. Unaware of the guy trying to impress her.

Chip Guy: Stereotypical man's man also in his 20's. Burly and big. This guy is all about tools and football.

Shrink: Older man, 50's. Professional in suspenders and a bow tie type.

Auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 12 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm in Salt Lake City, Utah

Principal photography will begin summer 2009. Pay wll be $75 per day.

They need (1) Female Swimsuit Model to work a Promotional Booth for a reputable Company.

Will need the Model for 30-33 Weekends throughout the year starting in January 2010. Will work a Booth for Reputable Company attending various Trade Shows and Events throughout the Country. Not only will the Model promote the Company at their Trade Show Booth but also their posters, calendars and other related media that you will be featured in.

The Events will pay $1,000- 1,200 per Weekend plus possible residuals for sells of Calendars, Posters and other related marketing materials that you are featured in.

This is a friendly reminder that your Commissions are due within 7 days of receiving your check. 10% of the Gross before taxes are due on all Extra work where compensation is less than $100. Anything over is 15%. Any Acting, Modeling, Dancing, Promotional Modeling, etc. is 15%.
 
If you have paid your Commissions or have recently worked on a project where you would not have received payment yet, disregard this notice and we appreciate your promptness.
 
If we do not receive your Commission in a timely manner we will be forced to remove you from the active Craze Agency Database. We do not want this to happen so make sure you take care of this if you are overdue.

PR Event in Sun Valley, Idaho needs Female Promotional Models, 18-28
 
This is a Cycle Racing PR event in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Dates are Wednesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 25. (Since this is a 2 day event, the Client will be able to provide a Hotel Room for the girls from other Cities if needed).
 
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR BOTH DAYS!!
 
Pay Rate is $160 per Model, per 8 hour day or $20 per hour!! You can make up to $320!!!
Also, Meals will be provided and you will receive $50 travel per diem.
 
Looking to hire 3-6 Girls.
 
Models must be Age 18-28 (as long as you look College age) with a Dress size of 0-4 and very attractive.

Models will need to be able to pick up some basic Cheer moves and be able to memorize and yell cheers (4 in total). Dancers or former Cheerleaders would be the best but if you are coordinated and can pick up on the moves and cheers, you can still be considered.

Because this will be a Media Event, Models/Cheerleaders will be on-camera with the News Stations and should be outgoing enough not to shy away from the Cameras or any questions that the Media may ask you while covering the Event. Client is very specific about having great personality, being able to interact with the Media and take pics.

- Will be casting for Actors for their movie Monday, May 11th - 6:00pm. The Audition location is at a Residence. 226 N. 200 W. Salt Lake City, Utah 84103.
- You must have your name on their list before 6:00pm that night, will go until we see everyone.
- Bring a 30 second to a 1 minute prepared Monologue or Dialogue/Scene, they will read with you. You will have a maximum of 2 minutes.

FAQ's
1. What is the movie about? Not even we know that. Read about the film festival at 48hourfilm.com  

2 What we are Casting for? We are looking for ability, and want to have people in mind when we do start the project that we can plug in for what we are looking for. So be prepared to show us your strengths.

3. When will you be shooting? The 48hours that our film must be created is May15th at 7pm to May 17th at 7pm. You will need to be available in at least an on-call status during this period.

4. If chosen when will I get the script? About 2 to 4 hours after 7pm on May 15th.

5. This is volunteer, what's in it for me? The film will be shown locally at The Jordan Commons Megaplex theater, and if it does well could be selected as one of the finalists - If that happens it'll be sent to the Cannes Film Festival.

NOW CASTING SALT LAKE CITY FAMILIES FOR ABC's hit show SUPERNANNY and brand new show, SUPERMANNY!

SUPERNANNY, featuring Jo Frost is entering it’s 6th season on ABC and is looking for families for brand new episodes. We are also seeking families for the brand new show, SUPERMANNY, featuring Mike Ruggles.

Families for the show should have the following:

- Children who seemingly don’t recognize you as the parent (talking back, spitting, throwing things or just plain defiance)

- Children who don’t recognize the importance of sleep or good nutrition (refusing to eat, bad manners at the table, throwing food, sleeping with parents or anywhere but in their own bed)

- Children who like to be hands on (fighting with siblings, kicking or hitting parents)

- Children who may make you wonder about other possibilities (running away, sending the kids to military school, etc)

Although it seems light-hearted in nature, these issues can be serious and affect the household. Fact is, no one is taught how to parent and no one should feel bad about having children that are challenging. It’s really important to put family first and other’s opinions last!
