Vegas Personality type needed for Dinner Show, Utah

Vegas 1960’s:  Glitz and Glamour

 

Please respond if you are the person we’re looking to hire.

Fee paid according to talent’s experience and show presentation.

 

We are not training or providing costumes.  We are looking to hire talent that has a 30 minute “Vegas” act and can pose for pictures and socialize during our dinner dance club on March 28th in Logan Utah (Cache Valley).

 

It is in a more intimate setting...dinner entertainment.  A band will be all set up for later and their microphones and sound system will be in place for the entertainer(s) to use.  The entertainer will not have a theater stage but the dance floor in front of the band in our dinning room.  The guests will be eating during your show.

We want someone that has a 20-30-40 minute show to entertain the guests while dining.  A personality from the 60's:  Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, Rat Pack, etc...

They would have to have their own costume and show put together.  We are not putting on the show.  We are looking to hire talent that has a show to perform.

It will be at the NEW Logan Country Club in Logan Utah.  We expect about 120 guests.  The room holds 250.  The guests (some) will be in costumes from the 60’s.  We would like the talent there by 6:00pm to be set up by the band and greeting guest for pictures and mingling by 7:00 pm.  You’d perform around 8:25 and be done at 9:00.  You are more then welcome to stay and dance and mingle with us all.  FUN GROUP.

Utah Theatre Opportunities

The Midvale Arts Council will hold auditions for "Seussical" on Tuesday, March 31st at the Midvale Performing Arts Center.

Auditions for children will be held from 6 - 7 pm and auditions for those ages 16 and up will be held from 7 - 9 pm.

Auditioners should come prepared with 16 bars of a song and a 30 second monologue from a Dr. Seuss book.

The show will run June 19 - 27 at the Midvale Outdoor Stage in the Park. The show is being directed by Stephanie Johnson with musical direction by Tammy Morgan. Headshots and resumes are preferred. All roles are open and no appointment is necessary.

This summer the Nauvoo Pageant will be running from June 15th - August 1st.  

Needed is a Male performer age 23-30 who can do a Scottish accent.  The role will require ecclesiastical endorsement.  A monetary stipend is given to compensate expenses over the summer.

Beginning March 24th, the Provo Workshop meets for six weeks

If you are newer to Craze Agency or have not yet followed the steps below please do not wait any longer!!!!If you do not follow these steps you will not get work and will eventually be taken off the agency list! We have been emailed a lot of questions on this email and most of them can be answered in this email so please read it carefully. You must read the entire EMAIL!

Please make a copy for future reference! The first part of the email pertains to the database the last part the website, they are totally different!!!!!!!!!

We have been working really hard on a new, improved Database that is much more sophisticated and usable than the competition. We have been using it the last 4 years but now have a much more advanced system!

WE need your updated information in our database!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is how we choose and our clients choose who goes on AUDITIONS AND BOOKS JOBS! It is URGENT that you read and follow these simple directions; this will insure that we can promote you more successfully. The process is fast and easy.   

We are now using an amazing database system that will allow us to generate and send out a very detailed list to our hiring clients on you the talent. You must go into our website and fill out as much of the information that it asks. Here are a few examples of the thousands of ways this will help all of us to increase your bookings and auditions.

If a client is looking for an Male Asian experienced actor age 40-55 5'10"- 6'0" or if the client is looking for a Female Model 5'8" to 5'9" age 16-19 size 4-5 with Blonde hair and Blue eyes with runway experience it will pull up a detailed list of all the people in the agency that exactly meet this criteria. This will also pull up an individual list of Extras or Models, Actors, Females, children, Caucasians, etc.

We asked our clients what we could do to help them book you more and this is what they want.  If you do not input the information requested you will never show up on the searches and this will dramatically hurt or eliminate your chances. We are now advertising this technology to our hiring clients and will be the local leader in this technology.

This database does not cost you anything!

FOLLOW THESE STEPS!!!!!!!!!

Go to http://www.crazeagency.com  and on the top left side of the page you will insert your user name.

Your user name will be your first name with the first letter capitalized and then your last name no spaces in between your names with the first letter in your last name capitalized.

Some examples would be Steve Smith user name is  SteveSmith, or Janet Thompson  user name JanetThompson.

Now put in your password, it will be the first three letters in your first name with the first letter capitalized and then with no space put in your full last name. An example would be Steve Smith would have a password of SteSmith or Janet Thompson would be JanThompson.   Now click login.

This will pull up a new page welcoming you and at the top left corner you will see edit profile,

click that and it will pull up your page. Now you can enter your important data. Please accurately update this information anytime it changes. Fill in as much data as possible. You will see there are columns for things like your address and phone and email etc. This is how we will contact you; it must be up to date. If it ever changes you need to update it immediately also email us and let us know. The vital information is only for Craze Agency and will never be given out to clients except your phone number if they need to directly call you and they have our permission

If you are new with Craze or it does not work give it about 7-10 days if it does not work then, email us at crazeagency@sisna.com and we will put you in. Be patient we have been putting in over 100,000 statistics on all of you the last 7 months! Also if you have a really long name it may need us to adjust it for you the first time!

After you have accurately entered all of your information you may change your password if you wish, so that no one except you and the agency can get into your information.

Please write down your password and save it, we do not have time to look up login and passwords! Finally after you have inputted all of your information you must scroll to the bottom of the page and SAVE CHANGES.

This is a database system that Craze uses to help our hiring clients know more about you. This is not part of the Craze Agency website.

We have worked overtime to keep this as simple as possible. Please follow these directions we do not have time to direct you and answer questions, we are busy promoting you.  If your user name does not work and you have followed the directions exactly or if there are any bugs you find, email us at crazeagency@sisna.com .  If you have been with the Agency less than 2-3 weeks you may not be in the system yet, please wait until that time before you contact us. With the amount of data being put into categories, there may be a few bugs in the system so be patient!  We are confident that with this system we have more vital information that hiring clients need than anyone else.

Print a copy of this Email and save it in a safe place. We are using this system now so please input your information today.

Commissions Due

Congratulations to all Craze Talent who have worked or been working as Extras on the current shooting Feature Films, or any of the other Projects you have been paid directly on.
 
This is a friendly reminder that your Commissions are due within 7 days of receiving your check. 10% of the Gross before taxes are due on all Extra work where compensation is less than $100. Anything over is 15%. Any Acting, Modeling, Dancing, Promotional Modeling, etc. is 15%.
 
If you have paid your Commissions or have recently worked on a project where you would not have received payment yet, disregard this notice and we appreciate your promptness.
 
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get paid from the date you worked. If you have not received payment, call the number for Media Paymaster that is on your pink voucher. An automated recording will let you know the status of your payment and any other instructions for receiving your payment.
 
We will be receiving lists of Talent who have worked and on what days. If we do not receive your Commission in a timely manner we will be forced to remove you from the active Craze Agency Database. We do not want this to happen so make sure you take care of this if you are overdue.

Commercial Opportunity for BYUTV, M & F 18+, Utah

Commercial will be aired Internationally and Nationally for BYUTV to promote an upcoming series entitled, "What's Your Story?"

Commercial shoot, non-paid, Need 20-40 individuals, no age group (but over 18), no specific look.

This is not an Acting Shoot. You will be playing yourself talking about your own Family history. You don't need to be well versed in it. The show is about people who don't know about their history and are interested in exploring it. Applicants will be used for small on-camera Interviews, brief and
engaging. People who feel they have something interesting to share, some mystery or question about their family history is definitely preferred.

Applicants need to forward a Headshot, Resume, and brief personal details/information about their story (approx 100 words)

Shoot is scheduled for Thursday, February 12 from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Subjects need to be available for approximately 45 minutes. Appointments will be scheduled as subjects are decided upon. There is no audition process per-se. The application will be the audition process.

Male Actor needed, 28-42 Caucasian Snowboarder

**MALE ACTOR NEEDED FOR DISCOVERY CHANNEL SHOW**

Documentary Production Company needs:

1 male between the ages of 28-42
- Snowboarding Experience Needed
- Must be around 5’10” and Caucasian
- Must have thin to athletic build

Recreation actor will receive a credit in a Discovery Channel show and modest compensation (this is a non-union shoot). All travel, meals and accommodation will be paid for as well.

This is a new documentary series that features people who escape dangerous situations. This episode features a snowboarding expert who was lost on Mammoth Mountain in 2004, but was able to survive for 7 nights and was eventually rescued.

Since you will be recreating an exciting outdoor rescue, you must be prepared for long, outdoor shoot days. If you hate nature and snow, this shoot is probably not for you.

MUST be available for all-day shoots during the last two weeks of February (Feb 17-27)--we won't be shooting every day, but please have a relatively open schedule.
