Program Name: Air National Guard Rise to the Challenge Tour

Program Description: Air National Guard Rise to the Challenge Tour raises awareness on the Air National Guard and its career opportunities through an experience featuring seven interactive challenges. http://www.goang.com/Events/RiseToTheChallengeTour

Staff Criteria: 
  • Male/Female staff 21-30
  • Lean/Athletic build - Must provide photos prior to securing staff for approval (per client request)
  • No visible tattoos
  • Females - no facial piercing, earrings allowed in ears (no multiple ear piercing)
  • Males - no earrings
    • Facial hair must be clean cut

Staff Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver key talking point about the Air Guard 
  • Invite participants into our event site
  • Assist participants at registration
  • Assist participants in any of our seven interactive challenges on site including hands on challenges, video and augmented reality games

Event Dates: 22-24 July 2011

Event Times: (MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL 3 DAYS!)

Friday 22 July - 8:00am-4:00pm (all staff with have a 30min unpaid lunch break)

Saturday 23 July - 8:30am-4:00pm  (all staff with have a 30min unpaid lunch break)

Sunday 24 July - 8:30am-4:00pm  (all staff with have a 30min unpaid lunch break)

1 staff Male model/labor. 

Labor Shift: Labor staff will assist with (tents, anchors, display kiosks) that will weigh anywhere from 50lbs-150lbs.  Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.  (I added the highlighted portion)

The Labor shift will assist with set up about an hour and a half prior and one hour after.  Between that time you'll be working as a regular brand ambassador.

Parking: Provided on base. 

Attire: Khaki pants/shorts (knee length, no athletic shorts) and gym shoes/comfortable shoes (no opened toed shoes allowed). We will provide staff with black Canvas unisex T-shirt.
