Cirque du Soleil is casting professional singers for live performances in its current shows and upcoming creations.
Seeking—Professional Singers: males and females, 18+, all ethnicities, with strong technique, stage presence, and versatility; all voice types and styles are welcomed.
Auditions will be held Oct. 27 at 10 a.m. at 1151 Grier St., Ste. C, Las Vegas, NV. Registration begins at 9 a.m.; candidates who arrive after 10 a.m. will not be admitted.
Bring pix & résumés, stapled together. Candidates who are attending this open call must also fill out an audition registration form in advance. To download the audition registration form, visit http://tinyurl.com/CirqueLVRegForm; complete the top part, read the second and third parts, and sign. It is essential that you bring this form to the audition.
Note from casting personnel: "This is a general audition for all roles in our current shows and upcoming creations. Candidates who successfully pass the audition will become part of our database of potential artists for future casting calls; we do not offer contracts at the audition. Please note that Cirque du Soleil will not pay for any expenses incurred by candidates attending auditions. Callbacks will be held Nov. 3."
