Staffing Requirements:

·         Seeking females to perform the role of a woman who is fashion savvy and has a “work hard play hard” attitude. Her passions are pop culture, gourmet food, social media and shopping for luxurious brands.  She will be acting as the hostess for an in-store event: the premiere of the launch of a new brand of ice cream in the US.

The role is a 20 to 30 year old who can relate to and advise her targeted audience.  The costume for the premiere event is a size Large, custom-branded gold dress. Models sizes 0-8 should be able to wear this dress; smaller sizes may need to wear a belt with the dress.

·         To perform the role effectively, the model should display the following attributes:         

o   Personality must be attractive, outgoing and engaging  

o   Energetic and enthusiastic

o   Articulate

o   Professional

o   Eager to Sell

Dates:

·         Thursday, April 18, 2013 to Sunday, April 21, 2013 (4 total days)

·         Thursday – Saturday: 10:00am to 4:30pm

·         Sunday: 12:30pm to 7:00pm

·         6.5 hour demo

·         Reps must take a 30 minute unpaid break

Program Overview:

·         Reps will set up their events by the bunkers in the frozen food section, promoting Ice Cream.  Reps will not sample the ice cream; they will only be distributing coupons to encourage customers to purchase the product that day
