Staffing Requirements:

·         Seeking candidates to conduct product demonstrations for make-up products intended for use by women between the ages of 20 and 40.

·         Bilingual is a MUST! Candidates must speak Spanish and English to meet needs of anticipated shopper population.

·         Candidates should be able to relate to the targeted consumer and/or have experience with or knowledge of the product (L’Oreal products in particular) so as to be able to effectively educate, create brand awareness in, and convey the features and benefits to the target audience.

·         Candidates must also be a licensed make-up artist (as make-up application will be required during the product demonstration) and should have experience and knowledge as to make-up application for a diverse population of consumers.

·         Candidates should display the following attributes:

·         12:30pm to 4:30pm

·         4 hour demo

·         1 rep per store

·         $25/hour

Program Overview:

·         Featured products:  L’Oreal Mascara, Eye Liner and Shadow

·         The goal of this event is to promote L'Oreal as a brand and to have Shoppers experience the makeup in store.

·         We are also supporting an in store pallet during this timing.

·         Agency rep will be working alongside IN Event Specialist at the GM cart.

·         Specific details pertaining to event will be in the Event Manuals, which will be emailed to you shortly.

·         Reps must submit event photos of their setup and customer interaction.  Please see event photos requirements below.

Event Photo Requirements:

·         All stores must submit 3 – 5 event photos.

·         Photos should capture rep setting up event and/or interacting with customers.  Please do not submit photos of reps posing with set up.

Training:

·         Reps will review the event manual prior to their event.
 

Uniform:

·         Solid black shirt with black cami underneath

·         Black slacks or pants (no jeans or leggings)

·         Close toed black shoes with a back and non skid sole.

·         XL Branded T-shirt (one-size fits all) will be provided in the kit for rep to wear during the event

·         Professional and presentable appearance

·         Event kits will be found in store
