2 Characters
These two characters have never met before, and don’t have a whole lot in
common. One is a younger looking guy. He’s somewhat fresh faced. The other is
a girl. A little bit older than him, a little more worldly, and not very patient when it
comes to customers who aren’t showing her the proper license. A decent amount
of the humor in the spot will come from the facial expressions of these two
characters, so both will need to be able to convey a lot without saying much.
1- Customer
Gender: Male
Age: Mid-20’s
Ethnicity: Caucasian or mixed-ethnicity
This guy is a little bit quirky. He’s of drinking age but it’s questionable how old,
exactly. He could be in his early-20s or mid-20s, but we don’t want him to look
like he could be underage. We should be able to empathize with him a little bit
since he’s being hassled by the cashier. However, since he carries a license to
excellence, we do want him to have a bit of an edge. Something beneath the
surface that reveals itself slowly as the spot progresses. The only mandatory is
that he isn’t a geek. He is in his own way, excellent, because he does carry the
license. We want people to think this guy is cool. But not forced cool.

2 - Cashier
Gender: Female
Age: Late 30’s-40’s.
Ethnicity: Any, American accent. Should be easily distinguishable from Guy #1,
both in appearance and voice.
She is the more serious of the two characters. Her expressions will need to be a
bit more deadpan and her delivery a bit more dry. She will need to be able to be
somewhat disinterested and annoyed.

Audition  in SLC, Ut.  Tuesday April 3rd between 10am and 11:00am for cashier
and Tuesday April 3rd between Noon and 1pm for the customer
