My name is Rod Santiano (www.rodsantiano.com) and I am directing a short film called "Mother to Mother" on Saturday May 5th and need to cast two roles quickly. It is non-paying as it is a student endeavor that I am helping out with.

It is a comedic homage to our mothers and all they put up with when they were raising us. The main two characters will be required to play themselves as modern-day adults and also themselves as children in a few flashbacks.

The film will be about 5 minutes long and will be targeted to a Mother's Day audience on YouTube but will also stand on it's own the rest of the year as well as on the film festival circuit.

Needed are:

GERT: Female, 25-35, dark hair preferred, strong but overwhelmed mother of two very young children, funny
SCOTTY: Male, 30s, dark hair preferred, Gert's older brother, awkward, funny, most scenes are in flashbacks as a child

One shooting day: Saturday May 5th, Lindon UT
