Extras are being cast for “The Lone Ranger,” a Disney western movie being shot in Colorado and Utah this summer.

Moab, Utah (for all types): Sunday, April 1. Arrival time for applicants are at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. at the Moab Valley Inn, 711 S. Main St.

For the Moab, Utah casting, directors are looking for especially look for extreme character types — thin, tall, short, skinny, odd features, huge nose, eyes and ears, a lazy eye, grizzled and wrinkled faces, and odd body types. They are also seeking tall adults over 6-feet-6-inches tall, short adults ranging from 3-foot to 4-foot-5-inches tall, and people with any special abilities or circus type performers. Asian men, Native American men and men of other ethnicities, in all ages over 18, men and some women.

We are looking for children between 6 and 12 at our Moab, Utah open call!!! PLEASE BRING A PICTURE. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN!!
Also looking for male or female twins 4-14 at Moab casting call. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN!!

Applicants must bring a 3-by-5 inch current color photo. No wigs, makeup or sunglasses in photos and the photo must be shot from the waist up. Applicants are also asked to bring a pen or pencil. Applicants do not need to prepare for an audition. Applicants or parents must be 18 years or older, have a Social Security number and valid ID. You must be legal to work in the U.S.

If you LIVE in the Moab area and will miss our open call you may still be considered for the film. Please mail in a current color 3 x 5 photo. Please do not mail in an 8 x 10 photo unless you submit a 3 x 5 photo along with it. Do not wear any wigs or makeup in your photo and shoot it from the waist up. Please include your height, weight, shirt, coat and pants size, phone numbers and email address.
